Tariff:

Broad Street House: £1450 for the weekend (£725 a night for a minimum of 2 nights, Friday, Saturday or Sunday), The third night is available half price at £362.

There is a 20% low season discount for weekends in October to February inclusive. This makes it £1160 for the weekend and £290 for a third night.

Week day nights are £425 a night.

The Loft and The Courtyard £1240 for the weekend (£620 a night for a minimum of 2 nights, Friday, Saturday or Sunday), The third night is available half price at £310.

There is a 20% low season discount for weekends in October to February inclusive. This makes it £992 for the weekend and £248 for a third night.

Week day nights are £365 a night.

We can be flexible on numbers if you need to accommodate an extra person and they are happy to sleep on the large, comfortable sofas. There is a small charge for this of £20 per night.

At this stage we require only the £300 deposit for your provisional booking. Once checked and approved we will then be able to send email confirmation. The final payment for your booking will be taken automatically 60 days prior to your stay from the card details provided for the deposit. If you would like to use a different card to make the final payment please call with details before the due date. This information will be included in your booking confirmation email.
